Refund policy

Digital products (Gumroad)

30-day refund on all paid digital products, no questions asked. Email hello@studiobuildit.com with your purchase email and we will process the refund within two business days.

Cohorts and courses

Full refund available up to 7 days before the cohort start date. Once the cohort begins, refunds are pro-rated for the first week only.

Services and consulting

Refunds on services are governed by your individual contract. Work already delivered is non-refundable. Work not yet delivered is refundable.

Disputes

Email hello@studiobuildit.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within five business days.
